Hi, I’m Max Fellows. You may be reading this out of intrigue, to have a little nosey, or as you believe your business could well benefit from my help and support, especially at this critical time. Well whichever it maybe, I am glad you are here.
I discovered the creative and events industry some 14 years ago and fell in love with creating compelling campaigns and engaging events. This prompted me to make the leap from my career in sport and fitness into the creative industry and I’ve never looked back. Since then I have developed an extensive global network whilst passionately building businesses, agencies and brands, but most importantly people. Working hand in hand with business owners, stakeholders, sales and leadership teams, my focus has always been commercial growth which has resulted in successfully sale of several of my previous employers businesses.

As a result of my work and positive impact on the industry I have been recognised as one of the top industry influencers by Campaign, and C&IT publications. This in turn has helped the acceleration and growth of Elevate Mentoring which I co-founded back in 2016 to support the growth and development of ambitious talents. We are now the largest free training and mentoring platform in the industry. I have also had the opportunity share my learnings and knowledge through International speaking engagements and more recently on the BBC and radio.
As the time of this being written, we as an industry are being impacted heavily as a result of COVID-19 which has accelerated the need for us all to assess and evaluate our current business, service offerings, pipeline, profitability, company culture and many more areas of business in order to not only survive, but thrive! It is for these reasons coupled with my extensive experience which is why I made the decision to make my services and support available on a consultancy basis, in order to secure the future commercial success of your business.
